ProSoft Technology-Asia Pacific Region with HQ located in Malaysia, and Representative offices located in China, India and Singapore.

With the expansion of the Asia Pacific regional business, we are currently seeking a suitable candidate for the following vacancies in various locations:

Sales / Country Manager
Location: China and Australia

Job description and requirement:

• Responsible for initiating and implementing business growth for products, services and solutions within the country to meet / exceed revenue targets
• Actively participate in the sales leadership role serving as lead person for products solutions, strategic sales planning, product launches and market analysis
• Sales and promotion via Distributor Channels
• Identify and develop new Distributors while providing excellent support to the existing Distributor networks
• Work directly with the Distributors to provide sales presentations and education on capabilities, performance and application of Industrial Communications, Networks and Protocols
• Identify the primary end-users for each distributor branch
• Must be resourceful, result orientated and a team player
• Self motivated, independent and performance driven
• Strong problem solving skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently, adapting to shifting priorities
• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering fields
• Minimum 5 years in an Engineering Sales role or specific Product/Industry expertise
• Excellent command in written and spoken local languages
• Excellent computing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM package
• Strong understanding of Industrial Distribution Channel within China / Australia
• Possess strong business acumen / business planning / budgeting skills to lead the industry development in China / Australia market
